Foxtail Foods Announces Three New Pies.
Foxtail Foods announces the introduction of three new foodservice 10 inch pies, Prebaked Apple Lattice, Prebaked Cherry Lattice and Boston Cream Pie. Each of these new pies addresses the foodservice operator's need for scratch made appearance combined with thaw and serve convenience. The new fruit pies are made with generous portions of tree ripened tart cherries and crisp apple slices covered with an upscale lattice top. The Boston Cream features a generous helping of custard filling tucked between two layers of rich yellow cake all topped with a thick layer of dark, rich chocolate icing.
